Services

Our Services are provided to Insurers and Self Insured Companies and those who represent them. We are happy to hear from Insurers, Risk Managers, Brokers and Solicitors. We offer a standard investigation package incorporating a report, a detailed statement, photographs and measurements at the scene at rates that are very competitive to the market. We will also collate any relevant documents and pass them on with our comments.

All our reports set out our findings as well as dealing with issues of Policy Liability. We also include reference to any case law or Statutes we believe may be relevant. We then set out our views based on the information supplied.

In addition to our services Clients sometimes require detailed legal advice, engineering or other specialist comment. In  these cases we will be happy to advise our clients on the instruction of appropriate experts.

We are happy to provide claims management services in relation to claims where these services are required. We attend at Engineering Inspections, settlement negotiations and trials to protect the interests of the Insurer/Client. We have been asked to provide investigation of claims at the latter stages also when specific issues arise and we are glad to do this work also.

Training has become a major issue for many of our clients. It can be difficult to locate people with the necessary knowledge and the ability to present it in a bright and interesting way. Lots of information has been gathered by us in the course of our daily work. John Higgins has also acted as a tutor for the CII, has delivered Profesional Briefings and spoken to industry groups. We are delighted to offer services in this area which can be tailor made for your needs.

We are hoping that this website will become a useful resource for claims handlers. We’ve got some links to other sites that claims handlers might find useful. We are also collecting as much useful information as we can and this can be found right here. Any other suggestions by phone or email would be very welcome.
