All investigation work is personally attended to by John Higgins. John has about twenty-five years experience in the claims arena having worked for two major insurers in both Dublin and Cork. He also worked at a major Loss adjusting Company. He has been involved in claims at all levels and has handled these claims from notification through investigation, correspondence and settlement or fight. He is an ACII (Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute) and also holds a Diploma in Information Technology from Dublin City University. John was President of the Insurance Institute of Cork in 2003/2004 and maintains strong links with the Insurance Institute Institute of Ireland where he is a member of the CPD Panel and is a member of the National Council of the Insurance Institute of Ireland. Sandra McNamara has a Qualification in Quality Control and has worked in a busy production environment. She is responsible for ensuring that our standards are met on an ongoing basis. Sandra will be happy to discuss any particular requirements with client’s or prospective clients with a view to agreeing an ongoing Quality Programme.
