Technology

We use appropriate technologies to enable us to deliver a prompt and economical service to our customers. We have developed a Database system known as OTO (One Time Only) which allows us to save significantly on rekeying information. This system has been linked to the most popular Word Processing software to enable us to produce high quality reports that can be easily printed or E-mailed as required by our clients. The database can produce statistics and other information as required by our clients. The system is especially useful where we handle a number of claims for the one insured or self insured client in the production of end of year reports.

Our website can be developed further to allow online submission of claims if this is required. A broadband connection is in use which facilitates the transfer of larger files and images. We use digital cameras with a high quality photo printers allowing us to present the photographs with descriptions in a pleasing layout. These can also be emailed. Short digital videos which can be very helpful to show a process can be taken as well as high quality digital video on DVD or DV Tapes.

We maintain a large library of digital information including Policy Documents and Statute law.

OTO (One Time Only) Program avoids error and delays

Document presentation either on paper or by email is of a high standard
